I don't create games. But you should check out the Programming Help Forum. There are some good threads in there about programming and game making. You can also ask questions in there on how to make a game and such.

Since we only support Flash games, you need Adobe Flash. But yes, ask questions in the Programming Help forum as GhostOfMatrix suggested.
