Hey, I'm ThatKoolGuy. I've been playing some of my games (mostly Black Ops) and i've been bored. I like the games but i've played them so much....
I'll Get to the point now. I'm looking for some good FPS games on the computer. Please post only your most Favorites. Please don't post any of my recommended games.
Top 5 Computer FPS Games by ThatKoolGuy: -------------------------------------------------------------------- #1: Black Ops (Of Course) #2: WolfTeam #3: Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 #4: Alliance Of Valliant Arms (A.V.A) #5: Combat Arms
Well you should definitely try the Crysis games. The Half Life series is certainly good too, but if you're looking for multi-player, Half Life isn't the game for you. Crysis 2 just came out so you should look into that.
counter strike its kinda like black ops but made exlusive for cpu and im not sure u will like this but left4dead my friends say its good on cpu until i pulled it up on his laptop in the middle of class! lucky for him his sound was off
Only FPS games...You really need to broaden your (I dont know where I'm going with this)
Try playing Total War games, or If you will only exclusively play FPS then play Oblivion, and Fallout NV. All the mods out there make that stuff great. I honestly shouldn't have posted here since I'm not able to play games on the computer, crappy setup. (I will be soon though)
If so, here are some of the ones I've been playing: - Half-Life 2: it's not particularly noteworthy on its own, but thanks to the flexibility of Source engine, there are dozens of both MP and SP mods available. Note that many require you to have the 2007 version of Source engine, which was used in HL2: Episode 2. - Left4Dead 2: I presume you've heard of this one before. There are not much reason to pick L4D over L4D2, as several of the older campaigns have been ported and made playable for those who have bought the sequel. You can play these together with owners of the first game, as they are cross-compatible. Note that since teams are always small (4 players, or 4vs4 on competitive modes) teamwork is essential. - Team Fortress 2: haven't touched it for a good while, but it should still be able to provide lots of fun. Having nine fundamentally different classes ensure a degree of diversity and flexibility that I haven't yet seen in another such game.
