Without looking up a marine iguana, I automatically assume it would be an aquatic lizard.

My reptile would probably be a Chameleon.
Reptile is what you seem to be asking for. A lizard, is well, a species of reptile.

I am changing my sea animal to colossal squid, and yes there is a difference.

Humans

Humans are silly. The only reason they're still alive is because of "intelligence" and "invention" and "creativity". Any unarmed human could be easily killed by most other animals. (Note that the animals would also be unarmed (Since you really can't call claws weapons, since they're natural and stuff) )

Okapi are AWSHUM!!! They are the closet living relative of the giraff (among other AWSHUM things).

If we're going on that line I would say Turritopsis nutricula, a jellyfish that has the ability to revert to polyp stage when the conditions are bad, thus being potentially biologically immortal.

Land = Lion
Sea = Megalodon (Who said we had to stick with current animals?)
Air = Any kind of Hawk
Carnivore = Humans (We will eat anything)
Mammal = Humans (We have dominated the earth)

Humans are not carnivores...
i did the land/sea/air earlier...
so the best carnivore/mammals are as follows:
Carnivore: i'm going to say the Sydney funnel web spider... it's big... poisonous.. and it has been alive for a really long time
mammal: chimpanzee... or Humans.... humans are more intelligent.. but chimps are pretty intelligent too... and chimps are much stronger than humans

Humans can be anything they want, most are omnivores but some become vegetarian/vegan and are thus herbivores. I have also known people that only eat meat. Humans can be anything they want regarding food intake depending on their personal values/ideas/morals/etc.

if someone ate only meat.. they probably would not live long... humans arent well designed to eat and digest meat. our anatomy is geared towards a fleshless diet

Actually, humans are omnivores. Which leads me to my next one: What's the best AQUATIC omnivore? (lives in water and eats meat AND plants)
