ummm i personaly enjoy wii more because it is less sensative to ur every move and if ur parents walk by ur room they won`t think u have lost it dancing around in front of the tv
but then there is the occasionally broken tv here and there

Maybe they dont have the money to buy kinect.The kinect sometimes is a bit sensitive aswell.

People are still buying WII's because its more of a family oriented console and plas the Kinect just makes you look stupid when you cant play. The fact that you are the controller is actually a negative because you have to calibrate it. The Wii is better for you can play in any sized room you have.

I have a Wii and I don't really need it. I only use it to play Guitar Hero and Rock Band (and SSBB), but I also have a 360 (Not with Kinect) so I could have had the GH/RB stuff for that, but I got my Wii first. Also I don't have unlimited funding. And even if I had plenty of money I probably wouldn't get a Kinect. I've played it and it's not worth $300.

probably because of the following

1.wii sports is still the best
2.smash bros brawl
3.mario games
4.mini games that come with it


there are alot of good reasons to buy a wii. they dont have alot of games true but as long as you have brawl mario and others your good

Wii's are pretty fun, but they pretty much failed since they made games that people pretty much like to sit down and play.

They think they would lose wait but then they would waste more money on tv repair

I have a better question: Why did anyone EVER buy a Wii?

i think people still by wii's is because the wii is a very good children s type of console and all the little kids love it so parents are still buying it. It is also way less priced compared to the xbox 360 kinect and PS3 move
