It doesn't change the FACT that to those delusional martial artists, they could really dodge bullets
Meant to say, "...they thought they could really dodge Bullets. Lol.
Yes but that wouldn't make both of us correct. So one or both of us could be holding a false view of reality. We can determine this through objective verification. (something apart from our individual perceptions)
By saying this, I get the feeling that, in reality, we have a different opinion on what reality is. You feel that reality is solely based upon physical truths and evidences whereas i believe it is based upon both that and a mixture of perception and feelings too. Based on my understanding of what your concept of reality is, then I think I can say that you have a constructed a viable personal understanding that can stand up to the most torrential verbalization of differing opinion. (lots of long pretty words huh!?)
No I wouldn't be holding my own truth, I can only get closer to the truth as a learn from my errors and correct them as new evidence is presented to me.
I like the way you put that. I concur that one can never know the full truth but is always free to seek it deeper when new light is shed.
And about the cereal thing..... I just thought that was funny because everyone knows that Resses Puffs is the best cereal and that is the undeniable truth!!!

And it was a FACT that they can't dodge bullets. Belief does not effect reality. It wasn't real to them, as the bullets still killed them. A god isn't real, even if you believe it is.

Reality is the physical truths and evidence. That is the definition of reality. It is the same for everyone, not what you think it is. The universe works the same for you as it does for a rock, and as a rock the same for as everything else.
