EA sports usually releases a new Madden game every year and all the updated ones have been marvelous. So for now, I'll say Madden 2011.

I would have to agree with GhostofMatrix... The madden series only gets better as the years go on.

Well i have some of the fifa games and maybe a madden game. I prefer the fifa series best so i would have to say. Fifa 11.

Madden 11. especially if you have Live or PSN. the rosters are up to date if you have PSN or Live. and its fun to play with your friends. plus the controls are alot better on Madden 11. DON'T DON'T DON'T EVER EVER EVER GET BACKBREAKER. its the worst football game invented

In that case, FIFA is amazing! Never been disappointed with that either. Its actually my favorite sports game

Well, I'm not American, so I don't tend to play American Football games like Madden. So, I would have to choose the FIFA series.

Madden is good, I think it needs some sort of competition in the market though. Each new version of Madden seems to usually only have slight improvements and the games themselves seem to score around a B+ average all the time.

In my country football is what you people call "soccer". So being that, I would say FIFA 11. I love how it just gets better and better every year.

I think that Madden 10 is better than Madden 11, so I think that Madden 10 is the best football video game.
