Because of disappointment in stormwolf722 for saying you get to shoot something, but only letting you punch something, I have made this thread to let you shoot whatever you want.

I would shoot the Black Ops Servers(if thats physically possible) and Activision Online. They arnt letting me go online. AHHHH!! I wish that I had an AK74u and an SPAS12 to blow huge holes in them.

*Provided you know where it is, have a gun, and have the means of breaking in and getting to their server room.
On another note, Black Ops servers only connect you to the game. After you're connected, it chooses the best possible host and than that persons xbox is running the server. So the reasons for bad connections is either, 1) Bad programming 2) Bad at picking hosts. Either way, trayarch has no idea how to develop a good game.
