Yes, i know you're expecting to come to this page and see "How do i get a merit??" or "I need a merit, Help plzzzz". Well, no that's not what this is. I recently spent a while writing a (in my opinion) "merit" worthy game review . . .It has been posted for about 2 weeks now, and i was wondering if I was allowed to repost, increasing my chances for a merit? If i can't that's completely fine, and i'll understand :P

Thanks,
Tegan190..

I'll have to say no. Your comment forever remains in there so you never know when one of the Moderators will go through the pages looking for comments that deserve a merit. If you re-post the comment then it's likely that it'll never get a merit.

the armor games maybe can make some members a "meriti-hunter", people that do only this, see who deserve a merit...

I think that is a good idea. What you say?

The moderators are constantly sifting through comments. While there is a possibility your comment was overlooked, it is far more likely that we didn't find it up to the standards we have for merits. And no, reposting it wouldn't be allowed. You see, we check for duplicate comments frequently as well, so even if you do post it again and get a merit for it, we'll probably find the previous comment and thus you'll lose your merit and all other associated points.

I have written a few lengthy and descriptive comments on games that deserve them but It's not up to you if it deserves a merit. If the mod's like your comment enough it gets a merit but from what I'v heard, It's pretty rare that a comment gets a merit and most merits are given from the Art, Music, and Writing forum.
