I'd say flash would have to be the Runescape series
RuneScape is programmed through JavaScript or Sun Java. Most MMORPGs are based on Java.
Possibly the best games I've ever played online/multiplayer would be Age of Empires 3 or Age of Empires Online beta. I've somehow grown quite attached to the RTS genre and the real-time player-to-player interactions are simply so unreal and you can have a lot of good fun times with such a lively and vibrant online community while building/customizing your own empire all at the same time.
But I never consider myself to be an expert in RTS, I only ever play online for fun and relieve stress during busy times, competitiveness is out of my league and style.
sonny and sonny 2 by Krin are my most fav because of the music, storyline, and gameplay!
Hell yeah, I'm upset that they removed the "Sonny 2 Only" thread section, it was awesome. Plus it was a huge problem for missing threads if I remember correctly.
rome total war: its just really amazing i finished all campaigns and will download some mods soon. its so realistic if you look at it in a way. i know shogun2 tw people say its better but i disagree i mean i dont like the campaign much nor the battles or the units the only thing that got me is the game is much more beutiful thats it. but then you can download mods which make rtw look nicer
