Doodle Jump because it is fun when you're bored.
I don't have the full version of Angry Birds but the free versions aren't as fun as a lot of people say it is.

Plants vs Zombies is a great game. I will go with that.

Trenches VS. is a great one

COD Zombies because of the online, good graphics and because now all the map packs are free

I will also say Angry Birds and Cut the Rope are pretty good apps.

Siege Hero HD is an amazing game!! I think this app is a MUST.
