I like the moments when Kyle and/or Stan say "You killed Kenny! You *******s!" or something like that.

That always gives me a little chuckle.

There are several South Park moment that I enjoy but I don't have a personal favorite, most of the parts always make me laugh slightly, others sometimes make me laugh more.
One of my favorite moments was in the episode with Bono, but I'm not going to state it here since I believe it's against the ToS.

On imagination land

"There's a breach in sector 2!"
"Sector 2?"

they repeated that 3 times and I was LMFAO

lol on the nascar one when cartman just interrupted all the drivers intelligent conversations XD

In the episode Make love, not warcraft. When cartman calls up his mom while he's playing wow...and then he craps in his moms hand...! ahahahaha

One of my favorite moment is when Stan's dad is trying to make the biggest crap ever. Near the end, his poo send him up from the toilet around 5-7 feet. And when the poo is going up it spins, so Stan's dad kind of just spins around on top of a column of poo.

In the episode where everybody has lice, "father" lice always says: my beh-beh (baby) in such a hilarious way

Cartman explaining how he managed to kill Scott Tenorman's parents and trick him into eating them, followed by Cartman licking his face and drinking his "tears of unfathomable sadness" is easily my favorite scene. That was the moment when we realized that Cartman can literally accomplish anything.

my favorite moment is when they yell "OMG THEY KILLED KENNY""YOU *******"

Bear: Now Stan, you don't want us to use our satanic powers, do you? *eyes turn red, forest ignites*

Woodland Critters Christmas has got to be the best South Park Episode ever.
