its a major deal i mean where i come from (USA) were not exactly healthy but theres recently (like in the last 10 yrs) been a major thing to get all your vitamins and minerals but its immposible 4 me 2 see someone eating health all the time getting all there nutrition,vitamins,minerals etc and even if they did the second you stop doing all that your bodys gonna feel like crap compared to when you were taking your vitamins minerals etc so how is someone gonna be able to do all that in a society were theres a mac donalds around every corner. whats your opioin on the matter?
