you could probably try to find an answer liiking through stuff on Google, or you could create a thread like this in the Programming Help section of the community. hope this helps you on your quest to create a game.
To make a game you will need to download Abode Flash Play and it will cost you around $50 to do so. So if you are making a game you will have to have abit of money and some good idea's but overall you should read the threads about them or search on websites or just ask other develepors for advice
