If you meet someone in a game and want to become their friend, you must hunt down their name somewhere and then add them. I think a feature where you can simply enter in a name and search for other users would be much more useful
On the current site, doing what Justin said is excellent for finding friends.
However, on AGv3 you won't have to do that all the time. There's a revamped search-bar where you type in a name and it shows up the people with that name, and it works better for games. It's wonderful!
We've debated expanding the friend search in the future, to find people based on their Email address or Steam/XBox/PSN/etc nicknames, but for now, you'll still need to know at least part of their username.

Only half of the people on AG2 read the blog,I occasionally read it when I find something that satisfys my time and mind.
