No 4srs this thread is about Kong, and how they kicked your tails. I took screenys from just one of the threads that's popped up, and came up with this.
It also shows how useful the karma buttons are gonna be in AG3. Woo, troll thread turned feedback
Heh...
There. Now at least one of the mods can't ban me for giving him ONE HUNDRED INTERNETS
You could resize the images and repost if that would eliminate them. And agreed, karma buttons will be epics. Would end troll wars like this rather quickly, especially if it autoblocks or autohides posts when people get below a certain karma or w/e it's going to be called.
I've said it before and I'm saying it again, I think rivalry between users of two different communities (or players of two different games, or fans of two different football teams) is just stupid. Taste differs, and usually people just accept that. You never see people literally fighting each other over whether apples or oranges are the tastiest fruit.
Though, I must admit, having a couple of trolls over was a nice change of pace. ArmorGames' rules can be a little bit strict, though it's preferable to the chaos found on Kongregate, IMO.
I love the regulars on Kong. If you're a regular you can troll to your hearts content. Plus I know a cute girl who goes on Kong :P I had to give her stick for that.
You, sir, have made an enemy on this day. I may have to kick your butt.
Anyways, yeah, I like trolls, if they're good at what they're doing. If they just try to piss people off, then they're boring trolls, but if they're clever enough, they can be the funniest thing on a forum.
The reason why AG failed: our resident trolls/******bags weren't there.
When they're there, nobody wins, and we'd shut the party down anyway. Same diff. If a "Kongregate user" is posting here, they're also a member of AG and thus they're under our jurisdiction, and will be dealt with same as everybody else.
In fact that's the take home message you guys should take from this. It's nice in one way that some users are loyal to this site. But I don't really see any point in trying to compare one site to another. Your preferences and whatever you get out of whatever community are your own business, so if somebody else is being a jerk wherever it shouldn't have to be grounds to start up some kind of rivalry and hostility. Furthermore if, say, somebody from another site tries to trash-talk this site, is that worth worrying about? The community and the site's net worth speaks for itself.
There are a lot of active forumers there. You're going to judge the site based on a few people and one section of their forums?
I took a quick look at their Off-topic forums, majority of the people there are trolls and than there are a few nice people. Around 8 people from Kong came to AG to check it out and 5 of them were trolls and 3 of them saw the forums and really liked the site. I just took a look at the other forums and they look fine but I will check into them more later.
Master, so? Some people like a little bit of chaos in their forums. Doesn't mean it's better or worse, just different. If you want to use their forums, do it, if you don't want to use their forums, don't. It's that simple. You don't need to study them and make some kind of report. This is not Animal Planet, and trolls are technically not animals.

Sometimes trolling is fun when you don't get in trouble for it.
I go to Kongregate often for some of their sub-forums like the Serious-Discussion and Arts.
But when I'm bored then I'll go to off-topic and post in there, it's kind of fun to mess with people. :P

They're really not that bad at all. I think that they put off-topic on their forums so that trolls have a place to go and talk about random things. So that they don't invade the other sub-forums.
It's personal preference. I go to both AG and Kongregate, but prefer AG for the forums because of the rules and such. But every now and then I'll go to Kong for some fun.
