I will refrain from saying Bioshock, since my recent completion of it probably skews my view a bit. Still, PLAY THAT GAME. It's amazing.

I'd have to say it's a dead heat between Knights of the Old Republic and the Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time. Both amazing games that have to be played to be appreciated.
