1)What about letting people change their votes? You may click without wanting it and vote a nice game badly or change mind about a game if your decision was too fast, If you had a random problem, If there were bugfixxes or what ever and you want to change your rating too.
2)What about letting people now by what percentage or number did their vote change the general voting of the game?
I believe that the first one is more important than the second one.
