But to share my thoughts: - A disk tray that doesn't scratch your disks. - Controllers that don't require batteries. - Fix the overheating problems. - Possibly better graphics, that doesn't matter to me much, but it would be nice to have.
Graphics are inevitable in new consoles, because it is very exciting to see just what the new console is capable of. While the graphical capacity in the hardware makes for brilliant, visual wonders, it has NO PLACE in the gaming world. While that may sound contradictory, I'm going to reassert that a game does not need the gene Pretty to survive the natural selection of Quality. You dig me, brokaryotes?
One thing that I think would help greatly with the gaming system is to show a list of great games that are chosen to be similar to the game you're playing. The console company (in this thread, Microsoft) should endorse a major game reviewing association (like IGN, Gamespot, GameInformer), which would bring up the ratings for the game and to see which games are similar. It would help bring the underground games out of the dark, which would give them a chance to help make them renowned.
If anything, the reviewing site should be Gamefaqs, as the reviewers are independent gamers, just like us, not some paid lunkhead under the false guise of a "rofessional reviewer".
Did they announce this? Because i don't see why they would release a new system right after Kinect came out. This goes the same for the Sony because Move and Kinect are both huge expansions to the consoles. As for the wii, it screwed up so badly with its terrible hardware that they should have released a new one 3 years ago.

The problem with reviews by average gamers is a lot of them are extremely biased. For example, on metacritic many gamers are giving Portal 2 a horrible score just because they didn't like Valve's viral marketing.
Regarding PS4 from page one here...not gonna happen. The hack is going to hold them down. It looks as if Microsoft can continue without a rival. (Dont even bring up the Wii)
Well, you see they have to have something. As it stands their source of money is halted, you know, hackers and all that. 5 of my friends are selling their Ps3s. You can still play the Xbox. So PS4 is only an idea. Xbox 720...if thats even what they call it, still has a shot.
Even though the Wii also has a predecessor in mind...its still pretty worthless against the Giants of console based gaming.

I see what you mean, however, it doesn't stop the "rofessional reviewers" from also being biased. It is hard to be objective towards certain games, because you have a picture in your head about what the standard of the game should be, as well as your personal feelings of what should be/shouldn't be in the software. Both sides are guilty of biased reviewing, however, the "rofessional reviewers" are getting the spotlight, which unfortunately sways the viewers.

First of all, no. The Wii is not worthless against the other two consoles. Second of all, you have no clue what affect the next generation Nintendo Console is going to have. You may have speculations, but flat out saying that the Wii and the predecessor is "worthless" is wrong in every way, shape, and form.
Thats was opinion based. I hate the Wii and everything it has to offer. I will admit I could have worded it better, and I wish AG had a delete post button.
