Why do we censor so much stuff!?

Not just in AG, but the whole world. If we don't show children these harsh realities, they enter the world naive, leaving them susceptible to sin, and trouble. But, if we do it too much then children become desensitized, meaning they don't react to problems like they're problems. So much goes into play though, like look at this in a scenario of no censorship,if a children hears that their parent has died overseas, and because they can interpret what this means in a world of no censorship, they may break down and lose the rest of their childhood, but they'll be a stronger individual. So, it comes down to this: Love for our children or make them stronger emotionally?

I don't think so. Censorship either exists or it doesn't.

If you saw the quote I was replying to (if I indeed got the right one) it was a win-win situation if you reveal the "atrocities" of life to the child because you are, if done correctly, helping him become a stronger person and one who realizes what situation he is in shows the act of love.
Does it not?

The sentence you quotes better explained it I reckon.
