Yeah u can't call a CoD gun OP because often its underpowered. For instance, the AA-12 can shoot an entire map away in real life. For another, the P90 can shoot effectively over 30 yards away, not melee range. For another, the Intervention can shoot up to a mile and a half away.
Golden gun, since it only takes one shot. The Samurai is a great gun as well in the James Bond games. I think it only take one half-full charged hit to kill a person. Also, the magnum sniper rifle from Counter Strike on the Xbox. That took one shot as well to kill someone.
