You follow the instructions, fill out what you are asked, and press submit, I presume? (After all, all the textboxes have descriptions.)
That said, if you need help with how to fill out the requirements, I greatly doubt you are the creator of the game, so refraining from using that function would be greatly appreciated, in that case.
