Worst singer ever would have to be this Swedish singer called Veronica Maggio. It's probably the only singer whose music makes me want to jump out of the window. Seriously. I'd rather listen to Justin Bieber.
Anyways, the best singer of all time, all categories, would have to be Serj Tankian, from System of a Down, IMO.
So are you talking about the best vocal quality or the best vocal artist? O.o The two are sort of different. I doubt Justin Bieber or Katy Perry actually write their own song lyrics. :P I like Matthew Bellamy in terms of vocal quality, since his range is huge. Beyonce and Mariah Carey have nice voices as well. For vocal artists...I'm not really that sure. :P
Worst singer? Any of those dumb celebrities that attempt to make a music career, when even they know they have to use autotune to make sure your ears won't bleed. For example, Kim Kardashian.
As for best singer? Eh, it's hard to say. Many bands I know have good vocal quality.

rebecca black is just a joke shes not to bad but the song is whats bad justin bieber is the WORST alive i was hearing tv and heard "him" singing and even though people make fun of "him" cause of "his" voice i literally thought it was a girl singing till i turned around and saw "him" singing
Steve Perry (ex Journey), Stephen Christian (Anberlin), and Jimi Jamison (ex Survivor) are my top three when it comes to overall vocal quality. I'd say pretty much anyone in the R&B and Pop scene, who rely on auto-tune and synthesizers to make music are the worst. Take Jay Z or 30H3, for example.
One of my favorite singers is Howard Jones from Killswitch Engage, and also Matt Heafy from Trivium. I like Anthony Kiedis from Red Hot Chili Peppers, and also Bono. Worst singers are most rappers (Lil Wayne makes me want to kill myself) and people who decide to make singles like Kim Kardashian.

oh ya pop music just got poned worst pop singer is probably kesha or rebecca black, kesha makes me want to kill something! my fav singer is eithe Adam Gontier of 3DG, Nathan Biggs of Sonic Syndicate or Matt Tuck of BFMV who also plays some amazing guitar!
