Hello, I just went out and designed a little Armor Games Search bar that searches all of Armor Games, not just the games. To use it, click this sentence and type the query in at the bar at the bottom It will probably work, and if it doesn't, I'll make a new one.

Aha! It works perfectly! It functions somewhat like the Google search engine, but with only Armor Games results. Tell me how you like it.

@Armor Games Staff
I made sure this wouldn't go against some rule before I created it.

It says I have to have a Google account, which I do not have. I am now very sad. :/

So, I can't see it due to the lack of a google account, but is this like the other custom searches we have? Or the toolbar Crimson made a few years ago?

Paarfam, I just clicked the link you provided, only to be confronted with Error 400 Bad Request:

400. Thatâs an error.
Your client has issued a malformed or illegal request. Thatâs all we know.

hmm, it says error 400: bad request to me even after logging in with my google account, but couldn't you just use google and type site:armorgames.com before the words you want to search?

I got the same problem others have been getting, which is the requirement of a Google account.

Really? It works for me fine. Well, I'll get to working on it and I'll have it done by tomorrow.

I highly doubt this will work, but lets see.
<div id="cse" style="width: 100%;">Loading</div>
<script src="//www.google.com/jsapi" type="text/javascript"></script>
<script type="text/javascript">
google.load('search', '1', {language : 'en'});
google.setOnLoadCallback(function() {
var customSearchControl = new google.search.CustomSearchControl('004707762816844152951:hnp2phythew';
customSearchControl.setResultSetSize(google.search.Search.FILTERED_CSE_RESULTSET);
customSearchControl.draw('cse';
}, true);
</script>
<link rel="stylesheet" href="//www.google.com/cse/style/look/default.css" type="text/css" />

Wonderful. Now it works even less. Ugh... Technology, why must you fail me!? Oh, well. I hope it'll be done soon.

No, no, no, you won't get arrested. I'm just having problems writing a search bar for something I don't have the original html coding for. I can do it, but I'd expect a long wait. As soon as I finish I'll probably be able to make one designed strictly for the forums.

No. Not at all. Much better with more ease, you'll actually be able to track your own stuff throughout the forums, if it works.

Have you tried taking a screen shot of the bar, and uploading it through Photobucket or Tinypic to put it on here? Just sayin'...
