In the Re4 there's only little spiders crawling on the walls of houses from time to time; you can go by without even noticing them; no gigantic, mutant spider to beat.
And you're in luck since it's one of the best. You should know though that there are parasitic creatures that have some similarities to spiders, but not that much, so it's all about the extent of phobia. I don't really know how those things work sorry. Even so though, you only see a handful of them so don't hesitate to buy the game.
re4 is fun but annoying at times like the first major boss(the old guy whose spine grows ti huge size and goes rar at ur dead body AKA the barn boss)and funny at times like the makeup xD
