This game has appeared in the New Games section of the AG homepage.

Is it possible to rate and comment on this game?

I've tried opening it in Google Chrome, and IE8. In each case, the background is black, and I'm unable to see the rating bar or the comments section.

Guys, relax. It's a promoted game that gives us income to pay bills, salaries, etc., and is only on the site a short while. We've done this in the past, and we'll do it again in the future, it's just one of several revenue streams that Dan has to keep the site FREE for all of you.

As for the lack of ratings/comments, the layout of the game wouldn't allow for it without major changes on our side. We opted to shut them off in this one case.

I don't mind the promoted games at all, it's the automatic 9.2 that doesn't really look fair.

The "automatic" rating was a tally of a few votes from guys in the office.
