Given the large number of people who can't find them and the lack of people with good suggestions (including the person who made the "another website&quot, my theory is that they're unobtainable without a dev code or some similar hack.

U r propably right. But i still think, it might be possible, that they are "mission rewards" (like the Templar Knight which u only get randomly after finishing mission 11)

Well, enough time wasted i guess :P If some1 finds em, pls let me know.
