I've always had the problem of biting nails and I can't seem to quit. I can't force myself to quit either.

Do any of you know a way to stop biting your nails?

I have this bad habit of bitting my nails but this happens because I am always stressed. I tried to put them in pepper once but it was worse. I think I will try to slap myself in the face when I am bitting my nails. Oh, I just bitted them twice

Theres an ad above this page for a product that supposedly stops nail biting. lol how ironic

That's because the ads are from keywords and such. That's how the companies make ads more effective.

I don't bite my nails but I do use my teeth to file them.

That might just me attempting to smooth my nails though.

I dont bite my nails. Just put rat poison on the tips and you'll stop!
