What do you mean anything? I'd probably die. If not I would have become a ghoul, or I would have lived the rest of my life in a Vault. If you mean after the war, I'd probably live a moderately peaceful life in Megatown, or perhaps a different town like that.

people are still dying because of Hiroshima if u were to survive a nuclear fallout living in the area it was struck u wud have to live in an air tight room for around 100 years, more or less which is impossible coz of no oxygen

Well, like any desperate, dying human being, I'd kill the guy offering/teasing o_o

I would start off maxing off my strength and putting atleast 8 into luck. Go to new vegas and bankrupt all the casinos... Oh ya and for water I would just get the lead belly perk! duh! ;P

I'd fill every container in my house with water. you need to save as much water as you can in a nuclear situation. I'd use some of it to bathe with and some to drink.
