Also, about the unemployment rate, that s because companies are not investing in new technologies/jobs, because there isn't enough demand. That not only has to do with population sizes in areas, but the cost of whatever resources needed to build more goods.
I know there are other factors, but really, think about it. Anything indirectly or directly relates to the environment, and, without it, we'd have issues.
