It's sometimes good for a band to have different styles of music. That way they appeal to a larger audience.

They had more older songs that where better. I do like that song waiting for the end though, that is a good new song.

I preferred their old songs. I used to listen to them a lot, but sort of lost interest after Minutes to Midnight. I haven't heard all of the songs on their new albums, but the ones I have heard were awful in my opinion. Really, really awful.

I think the old one is quite better than the new one. The old is gold theorem applies aptly over here.

I like old linkin park the best.My favorite song of theirs is The Catalyst.

For many bands, on their journey from the underground to the mainstream, their best material is usually somewhere in the middle.

With Linkin Park, I think their best material is Meteora.

Both, a band has to evolve and reinvent itself to be truly awesome.

I like the old linkin park more. The new one just doesnt fit my style as much as the old one.

Old Linkin Park was rockish but now its all pop and annoying. they should go back to their previous sound. it sounded so much better.

I like them both. Honestly i think they havent gotten better or worse, just changed their style of music is all.

well if this thread was posted when i used to listen to them (hate the band now theyre boring imo), id have to say old it had more substance to it, even though i think neither have much of anything but a bunch of sad sob stories now.

I like old better, but i also like What I've done. So i'm kinda in between.
