Battelefield is way better than COD, even COD is a pretty good game.

Call Of Duty.

They are both great games, but CoD would be my choice. ;-)

@Highfire The reason why im not waiting for Battlefield 3 is Elder Scrolls:V Skyrim. I just don't have the money to buy them both.

Right now, CoD is best, but im sure when Battlefield 3 arrives, Battlefield will be the best ever.

I have to agree. COD was....maybe still is huge. But they have peaked, and are currently in the falling stage. However, Battlefield 3 is rising to take the limelight.

Battlefield is a game that's too big and it takes forever to run around. Call of Duty is better imo.

battlefield takes more time and effort, but Call of duty is quicker in killing and spending time. Overall, the feel of COD is also better.

I think Battlefield is more about 'shooting people' and 'bombing up buildings and tanks', while COD is more dramatic and is more about ...it's hard to explain....But for me, (disagree or agree, your chice) I'd rather pick CoD!

It wasn't an entirely serious question, and sorry you haven't the money to afford both mate :/

More time and effort makes it harder to play and thus takes more skill. If you want to be good, then, BF is my choice. CoD is a sit back relax and shoot people kind of thing. I would only play CoD4 though.

Awezome are you trying to say that CoD has more "oomph" behind the shooting and is also much more adrenline rushing with close-quarters combat with some pretty wild weapons (RC-XD, Pred Missile, Explosive Crossbow, Throwing Knife / Tomahawk, AC-130, Ballistic Knives)?

Even so, I think the problems apparent in MW2 and Black Ops makes that kind of thing obsolete, and CoD4 does not have it.

As such, I really don't feel for CoD right now.

I play both and as Highfire said:

... so true.
But I still love more Battlefield. You know there is some kind of major target, objective. While playing BFBC2, 2142 I felt like part of a team. The gameplay is so captivating. I don't even say about destruction and jets/hellis.

Call of Duty is more about map knowledge, hand/eye coordination, and reflexes. You have to know what routes to take(Map Knowledge), you have to be on target fast(Reflexes), and you have to be able to multiple things on the controller at once(Hand/Eye), for example you may have to jump then crouch all in a few seconds while shooting, moving, and aiming, thus hand/eye is needed. Battlefield is more about strategy and the upper hand. In Battlefield you have to know flanks and where the vehicles are, and you have to keep those things in mind while still keeping an eye out for enemies(Strategy). You also have to be at an advantage, such as being at higher ground, having a longer ranged weapon, being in a vehicle, or just not being a terrible shot(Upper Hand). They are equal games in my opinion, I just happen to prefer Call of Duty, all except for MW2, that game almost ruined the series. I probably would have dropped the series if Black Ops hadn't saved it for me.

Hand/eye coordination and map knowledge aren't required in Call of Duty as much as in BF. Be fair - you have no set strategy in Call of Duty, you just slam on a FAMAS, a Crossbow, Lightweight, Hardened and Ninja and then proceed to run around the map shooting whomever you come across.
You don't need "routes", you just follow the gunfire. With Battlefield there could be particular spots in the game that given some destruction or a lack of could provide serious chokepoints or point funnels (spotting, shooting, headshots, ammo / healing, revives).

The equivilent to that in Call of Duty is choke points, places of impunity, little gaps in textures, cross-map tomahawk spots, bomb plant spots, camp spots.

Sounds like a lot, not really. Because in Battlefield you could get much more just by MAKING the hole in the object.
