I heard Kong is good and if you want to help with my game you can.

I suggest Tigsource, it's just a whole game developers with very, very talented users.
If your ideas are good, you won't have any trouble getting replies. Plus, there's a TON of inspiration there.
If I may ask, do you ideas for a game right now? I might be interested as a being apart of the art side, but I won't be able to work a lot right now.

Expert in game design ( includes making up stories ) + level design
Decent in art
Horrible in Programming + Composing Music.
Expert in creating websites ( with html )

Well I'm expert in art, and don't need a designer. What i need is a programmer so if you suck at that then never mind.

Anyways, like I said, I'd be more than happy to make some art for anyone with a cool idea.

Haven't got a team, it's on my to-do-list once I become a famous game dev ^_^ ( we're talking about 6 years from now )

And art is the fun part for me! I could never let somebody else do the art! :P
