A saudi man was in the Us and he was given a atble in the rstaurant. Soon, after they bought him food, they asked him to leave because there was a metting. theman refused and when they got security he started sweating and getting shakey. the security cam and saw he was shakey and had a messenger bag and said he was a terrorist. after 7 hours of searching and questioning, it turns out he was just a normal person at a restaurant.
this could easily go to court for 2 things 1- the unnecessary 7 hour search 2- the restauran telling him to gtfo after he bought food.
but the security guard is probably the biggest a-hole in this all. calling him a terrorist after he got a little shakey! thats just plain stupid! who agree's here?!
1. The restaurant, has all the rights to say "gtfo" do someone. it's private property, no? There even was a reason behind it, if it's true, that I can't say.
2. Who does he think he is to say no? Why would he say no? Doesn't he know that would just put in more trouble? Also, his behaviour was, in my eyes, a bit strange. Maybe 7 hours are too much, but there are indeed plenty of reasons why the restaurant got suspicions. Of course calling him a terrorist is stupid, but still...

In most western countries, this is acceptable as a charge. A restaurant is supposed to provide an eating environment for someone. He ordered the food not to be takeout. I can't get you to pay me for a bed-and-breakfast and then me kick you out at 3:00AM. That wouldn't be right, the restaurant questioning could clearly be interpreted as
'Hey I know you just spent some cash. But some guy in a suit's coming, so GTFO. And you don't get to eat your food in time. And yeah I know that sucks'
If someone did that to me, the first thing I would do is complain. And who do I think I am? I'm a freaking citizen, I think I have the right to eat my food in peace.
Then again, the guard has the right to call him a terrorist. Even if he's a jerk. The search may have been unwarranted, but if there was an actual reason then I guess it's allowed. As to whether it's the right thing to do to a possible terrorist because he's a littler jittery and has a big bag is a different question.
I searched and searched in google, and I still didn't find anything remotely similar to this story. If Pratchu won't post a link, than I will have to get a mod to lock this down...
Searched in Arabic (I used google translator, which gave me "طرد Ù...سÙÙ... Ù...٠أص٠Ù...طعÙ...Which won't show up here)
Otherwise, it seems that the restaurant was in it's rights. As private property, kicking him out for a meeting would be fine. Especially if other people where also "kicked out" in a similar manner at this time. The "Seven hours" was a little intense, but this sounds more like profiling than racial profiling. Do to the fact that he got nervous made him look suspicious, so they where suspicious of him. So where did you here this?
'Hey I know you just spent some cash. But some guy in a suit's coming, so GTFO. And you don't get to eat your food in time. And yeah I know that sucks'
Yea, or....
"Mind you if you would please leave. I understand that you wanted to eat but we really need to organize an important meeting for this restaurant, here is your money back, and thank you."

I don't think if he sued he'd win. Was is racist? It very well could have been. Was it necessary? Probably not. But at least he wasn't kept or tortured or something.
you know when you start bugging some community racially there will b some people who will show their anger its like if u ll call muslims terrorist there will b some muslims who will say
They call us terrorist lets show them a real terrorist
