Whether or not you are bilingual is irrelevant to the part I quoted, which was your misinterpretation of a statistic.
Again...who says English is not America's official language? If the majority of people speak that language, and foriegn exchange students are REQUIRED to learn ENGLISH to come on an exchange trip...hmm, I wonder why that is?
