Well, I don't see any impending risks of England going back to the US to try and take over again, the right to bear arms seems a little... unnecessary. I'm not saying that people shouldn't have access to guns but that should be through a tightly controlled system.

The right should still exist. It already has enough red tape surrounding it that it should be fine.

Personally, I think it is a wonderful idea to let people have rifles. However, handguns should be banned.

Personally I have an Assault Rifle because I was in the Swiss Army. But I think that people shouldn't have automatic weapons. It's too dangerous. You also don't need an automatic gun if you want to defend yourself (from a burglar or whatever).
