Well I m not entirely sure. I don't particularly think that any of them are very good right now, but they do have some good aspects. It's not so much as what that type of government will usually do but what they will do, and yes a government will lean towards certain decisions depending on if their a Democrat or Republican. If I had to choose I tentatively say Democrat.
