I was on Cartoonsmart.com and I wanted to download something. It costs money so I open up the pay pal page and left it up because I had to go out. I come home and put my Credit Card credentials in and everything and when I clicked proceed it said try again. I'm sure it is because the page expired or something, but I just wanted to know if it counts as a purchase or if I can just simply put it in again. PLEASE HELP.

As long as the purchase didn't go through, you probably weren't charged. Additionally, check out the official PayPal website:

https://www.paypal.com/

That should help you reverse the purchase if you have to.

You won't be charged unless paypal opened up a window and showed a brief summary..."receipt" of the transaction.

PS: ALWAYS ALWAYS print out the transaction forms!
