In some interesting news that I found today, Stephen Hawking has said that there is no heaven.
This is rather interesting, at least to me, simply because Hawking has spent decades beating around the bush on whether or not he believes in god. Or, if god was actually real.
After reading the article - I'm totally agreeing with what Stephen Hawking says. Not just about there being no heaven but the stuff about making the most of ones potential on Earth.
Well, as to whether he believes in God or not, the best I ever got from him was that he said 'I'm not religious in a particular sense'. He's never blatantly said that God doesn't exist, but he has for the most times supported science by saying that the Universe probably created itself from fundamental laws of physics, such as gravity. Yet, I've never heard him just outright say God is fake.
