Steam. Yes Steam is it good or bad for us. Steam is a really good idea. In theory. I bought SC2 (Supreme Commander 2) from the store (Not steam real shop) & I put it into my PC and guess what. 100MB wasted on signing up to steam. 200MB left over for the month. 100MB used for downloading before I realize its not installing. Its downloading. Box says the game is 4GB. After we get WI-FI with alot of internet it still takes 2.5 days to Download. I bought a disc from the shop and still had to download the game.Is steam good or bad
Steam hasn't malfunctioned like so for me. However. It is definitely awesome for me. Free game, Alien Swarm is certainly fun. Indie games which are awesome like Magicka and Amnesia: The Dark Descent are present on Steam, and both for exceptionally low (or otherwise cost-effective) prices. (Both links are to YouTube, the second link is not necessarily the most happy or language-sensitive).
I find steam to be a very convenient way to keep all my games organised. If I get a new computer, all I have to do is log into steam and download all the games. Steam also has frequent sales and provides a lot of publicity for indie developers.
Steam is a wonderous program, it unifies the PC gamers onto a single realm where sales and quality control are at a high. (well, except all those **** brink ads) Steam = ******
Steam is a good little community with a high security against hackers. Cod MW2 and Black Ops are steam games and the only hacks i ever found was 10th or 15th prestigelobby. I have never seen a aimbot or something like it. But if you are a hacker steam sucks.
i have bought games from steam such as commandos behind enemy lines and the game was had multiple bugs such as running to fast as well as not having the ability to save. this is a reported bug and has apparently existed since the game was released on steam and they have done nothing to fix it. this has caused me to lose trust in steam and i dont think i would use it again.

Thats not steams fault, steam sells the games but they don't make them.
But it is their fault for selling games that they know wont work on modern computers
No it isn't. Steam doesn't have any affiliation with the developers of that game. Steam sells games. It's not Steams fault if the game sucks, it's the developers.
