well, rock is easily the largest most diverse genre there is. it has Rock and roll, Classic rock, Rap/hip-hop, metal, Prog, R&B, Doo Wop, Punk, Indie, Alternative, New Wave, Pop, Reggae, its easily the best hands down. i dont know why this is even in discussion
