I hate them both, but bieber's WAY WORSE. At least miley can sing like her GENDER.

bieber he is an actually good person unlike miley who is a little crazy

Even though I don't like either, I would say Beiber because he has way more fans,and hits than Cyrus. Just saying.

I'd like to put forward that Bieber is better, at least, if you slow down his music by about 800%

in my first post what i meant to say was bieber is more down to earth in a way (that probably made some people puke sorry im a belieber) and mileys new music is inappropriate and bieber has more fans maybe 2x as many as miley sorry if i offended any cyrus fans in my first post
