Both you and the user you're mentioning have the same username, so maybe the other user is actually you. However, when I go to your profile, your armatar is a shield with a blue background, but that is not what you have in the forums.

I don't think you have a namesake. I think the user you were describing was you. However, the armatars don't match, but that is a separate problem.
Dear Patrick2011 I havent got anything to do with a person who is using "my second name" as i told before,i was playing ExitPath today so he probably saw my nickname and created an account with just a same nickname he even left a comment on my own channel yes,he thinks it`s all fun but i don`t want anyone to copy anything from me and furthemore,experience certain incidents which might happen
