i always try to do something i know i cant, yet when i fail i STILL am sad. can u explain/relate to this?
Just find things that you're good at and stick to them.
Maybe because you know you want to get better at it, and you're sad because your mind may think that this is the time I'll get it right. I'm not a genius so I don't know if this is true or not, but that's what I think..
Keep practicing and you'll get it soon enough,.
