I had 412 something points or whatever and had my Armatar as a snake, now I lost like half of them and got changed to this shield with a starry background. What happened? D:

try to not write anything in all caps because it's like shouting, and nobody likes shouting. and again, try to do all other threads like this one in the correct section. (the S&S)
Comments and or posts were deleted, and you stepped down a step on the armamtar ladder, which disabled your access to the snake armatar. It would be preferred, if you could read out rules.
