Before I could access his profile page, I read a few of his latest comments a while ago and I remember a few moderators warning him about breaking the site rules, to be specific - spam. So that's why he could've been permanently banned from the site. Well, this didn't warrant a thread. If you can't access a users profile page then their account has been disabled, and there is always a reason for it.
