Except since that doesn't appear as an option, he wouldn't be able to choose 26 as his month. If he's 15, he's probably smart enough to figure out what's going on when there appears to be 31 months and only 12 possible days.
Even if he's stumped by that simple predicament, any number above 12 wouldn't be an option anyway, and in no possible way would that lead to the system telling him he isn't old enough to sign up.
