hey all gamers i wondered if anyone of you knew some tricks to sleep because i cant sleep at night

1.Do not look at sreens like pc screens,tv screens,etc before going to bed
2.Don't go to bed hungry.
3.Read something very boring
Last resort:Run around your neiborhood.

Sometimes (especially in the summer when it gets hot) I can't get to sleep either (usually if I don't do anything). Whenever that happens, I always have the strange feeling after peeking out my blinds that I should be somewhere...but where? o_O
