Hey, I'm a little new at making games and I just can not get the hang of Action Script code, even though I have tried numerous tutorials and videos. If you code and you need an artist to make characters and items, (and possibly music if I get better at it) than please contact me or reply to this post because i want to make games but the code is just killing me.
No one can learn programming in a day or a week or a month, it may take years, believe me I go through the same thing as you when I need to start with the code.
I have time since I started, and believe me I am not a pro, but I'll tell you something, with only a little knowledge you can do too many things.
Goals are like stairs, you have to go step by step because if you run you'll fall.
