This is driving me crazy. It was a fun flash game from probably about 2-3 years ago. The board had several circles on it with numbers in them. You were one color in one circle and the computer was another color in another circle. There were also 'neutral' circles. Each circle had a number in it, with a max value depending on how large the circle was. The numbers on your and the computer's circles gradually increased as you played. You select a circle (or multiples, IIRC) and hold down the moused button, which brings up a percentage display, starting at 1%. The longer you held the button, the higher the percentage would go. When you released the button, you would send out a 'shot' (more like a bubble) with a number in it which would be the final percentage of the number in the circle. The object is to take over the entire board. If a neutral circle had a '10' in it, you would have to shoot a bullet with at least '10' on it to turn it your color. Same for enemy circles, except their number is always increasing. Other than that, i think there was a language select screen with different flags from different countries. PLEASE help me find this game, this is driving me crazy.
