I think In AG3 We should be allowed the option to change the rating of a game we've played. For example If we acidently pressed the wrong rating we could change it. Or if if we found a reason to higher it we do it!

You wouldn't get points for re-rating the games. If you got any points at all for rating games in AG3, you'd only get them for the first rating you give the game. After that, you would've already rated the game, and the amount of games you've rated wouldn't increase, so it would appear to the public eye that you didn't do anything.
